According to the present invention, a roll stamping apparatus comprises: a pair of rotation rolls, which is rotated to face each other for proceeding a material between both sides by pressing both sides of the material; and a molding unit where a stamping structure is applied to an outside of the rotation roll in order to mold the material. The present invention is capable of manufacturing a molded product of a complex shape like parts of an automobile by having the molding unit where the stamping structure is applied to an outside of the rotation roll. Accordingly, the present invention is provided to manufacture all molded products due to each of a stamping device, a roll forming device, and a variable roll forming device. Moreover, an equipment capacity is reduced and continuous manufacture is possible as to a high tensile steel application in comparison with a stamping device. Furthermore, a form error of the molded product having a variable cross-sectional shape is reduced. A width variable material requires more rotation roll motion changing system with a complex configuration for moving a width direction of a rotation roll and changing a rotary shaft in order to line-move or curve-move a rolling contact of the rotation roll along an edge of the material when a user sees the material in an upper part based on a progressing material. The molded product of the variable cross-sectional shape is manufactured by having the molding part, which is improved based on a roll forming device structure without the complex system. |
