The present invention relates to a gap and height difference measurement system for a vehicle and a control method thereof and, more specifically, to a gap and height difference measurement system for a vehicle to remove a height difference on a certain area of a door by restricting the door of a vehicle body in which the assembly of a hood, the door, and a trunk lid is completed in a transfer line of the vehicle body and to accurately measure a gap and a height difference of the vehicle body and each panel and a control method thereof. The measurement accuracy is improved by automatically measuring the gap and the height difference from the vehicle body, and manufacturing costs and installation costs are reduced by excluding the installation of a plurality of measuring robots. |
