The present invention relates to a device and a method for controlling the cooling of a fuel cell and, more specifically, to a device and a method for controlling the cooling of a fuel cell so as to perform a cooling operation using a coolant of an individually-installed electrical cooling system when a fuel cell stack is maintained at high temperature. Considering that a fuel cell cooling system for cooling the fuel cell stack and an electrical cooling system for cooling electrical components are individually installed in a fuel cell vehicle, the present invention can cool the stack using a coolant of the electrical cooling system which is maintained at relatively low temperature when the fuel cell stack is maintained at high temperature. Accordingly, the cooling function of the fuel cell vehicle is improved so that driving efficiency is maximized. |
