The present invention relates to an apparatus capable of performing online personal authentication using advertisement content and a method thereof. In order to accomplish this, an embodiment of the present invention provides an online personal authentication apparatus based on advertisement content which configures a display screen by using the advertisement content, when an authentication request is received, displays the display screen on a network terminal of a user, generates data for authentication based on the information inside the display screen, transmits the generated data for authentication to a mobile terminal of the user, receives comparison data from the network terminal as the user manipulates the display screen, and authenticates the user by comparing the comparison data with the data for authentication, and a method thereof. |
