Provided is an apparatus for depositing and withdrawing a bill, enabling a customer to easily deposit and withdraw the bill. The apparatus for depositing and withdrawing the bill includes a deposit and withdrawal hole to deposit and withdraw the bill, a separation and integration unit which includes a separation space to individually separate the deposited bills and an integration space to integrate the bill to be withdrawn, a carriage unit which collects the bill in the separation and integration unit by clamping the bill deposited to the deposit and withdrawal hole or transfers the bill to the deposit and withdrawal hole by clamping the bill to be withdrawn from the separation and integration unit, and a moving rail which provides the moving track of the carriage unit located between the deposit and withdrawal hole and the separation and integration unit to make sure the carriage unit slantingly arranged toward the deposit and withdrawal hole.
