The present invention relates to a bidet including a suction unit and an exhaust unit having sterilizing and deodorizing functions. The disclosed bidet of the present invention includes a suction unit having a sterilizing function, an exhaust unit having a sterilizing function, and a manipulation unit for controlling the operations of the exhaust unit and suction unit. Moreover, the suction unit includes: a suction fan for sucking up the outdoor air; a first UV LED unit positioned on one side of the suction fan to emit an ultraviolet light; a first photocatalyst filter positioned on one side of the first UV LED unit to include a photocatalyst; and a first activated carbon filter positioned on one side of the first photocatalyst filter.
