The present invention provides a through bridge using a precast concrete slab. The through bridge using the precast concrete slab comprises a pair of steel girders each of which has an upper flange and a lower flange with a width wider than that the upper flange; a pair of first precast concrete slabs each of which is connected on the upper side of the lower flange of the steel girder and on each of which a holding part is formed at one side to be stepped; a second precast concrete slab which is mounted between the first precast concrete slabs and of which both end parts are held on the upper side of the holding parts; and a first tendon which passes through the steel girder, the first precast concrete slab and the second precast concrete slab and is mounted in a direction perpendicular to the bridge in order to integrally connect the steel girder, the first precast concrete slab and the second precast concrete slab. |
