PRIMER COMPOSITION FOR LOOP-MEDIATED ISOTHERMAL AMPLIFICATION REACTION FOR DETECTING BEET WESTERN YELLOW VIRUS, AND USE THEREOF

摘要

The present invention relates to a set consisting of four primers for an isothermal amplification reaction, a composition comprising the same, and a method for detecting a beet western yellow virus using the composition. The detecting method according to the present invention uses the isothermal amplification method to effectively detect all five kinds of mutant strains of beet western yellow virus without specialized equipment in a short time. Moreover, the virus can be rapidly diagnosed with the naked eye under natural light by using a high concentration of SYBR Green I. Therefore, the virus incurring huge damage to farms growing crops like paprika can be detected early, thus the development of a more rapid and effective beet western yellow virus diagnosis system is expected.
