The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device integrated with a touch panel, which is flexible and has a thickness reduced due to integration of the touch panel. An organic light emitting diode display device integrated with a touch panel according to the present invention includes an organic light emitting diode array formed on a lower substrate; an enveloping film covering the organic light emitting diode array; and a touch panel laminated on the enveloping film through an adhesive layer, wherein the touch panel is attached to a flexible printed circuit board provided on the lower substrate through a conductive metallic material.
