<p>The present invention relates to a polarizing plate which reduces the reflection of an organic light emitting display device. The polarizing plate comprises: a polarizing body which polarizes an entering light; a support body which is attached on one surface of the polarizing body; and a retardation plate which is attached on the other surface of the polarizing body.
