The present invention relates to a meat trimming knife, and comprises: a handle which can be grabbed by a hand of the body; a connection part extended from the handle; a horizontal part combined with the connection part to cross over the connection part; a knife blade combining member including a pair of sidewall portions which are respectively protruding from both ends of the horizontal part and spaced apart from each other to face each other; a shaft member having one end combined with one of the pair of sidewall portions and the other end combined with the other of the pair of sidewall portions; and multiple cutting members arranged in a longitudinal direction of the shaft member, wherein each of the multiple cutting members is provided in a circular shape, has a cut hole in the center through which the shaft member passes, and has a knife blade capable of cutting an object. Thus, in the case where cuts with a predetermined depth are made in a surface of the meat in order to season the meat, the cuts can be simultaneously made at several sites through a single time of operation, thereby reducing the time for trimming the meat. Further, the cuts can be easily made by only a predetermined depth without completely cutting the meat. Further, since the knife of the present invention is constituted in an assembly type, the knife can be assembled after the dull knife blade is again sharpened, thereby being used for a long period of time. |
