The present invention provides a rescue request in an emergency situation. In more detail, the present invention includes a lower frame attached to a user′s body, a mounting material to fit the person′s specific body type; an upper frame coupled to the lower frame to form an empty space therein and which is reformed elastically by an external force; a tag fixed at the top surface of the lower frame and which transmits a radio signal when power is supplied; and a piezoelectric material connected to the tag and that includes multiple piezoelectric devices to generate power through external pressure. The present invention relates to an impact sensitive radio signal transmission device in which when an external force is applied to the upper frame, electricity is generated by the piezoelectric material and the tag operates by the generated electricity to transmit a radio signal, a rescue request system using the same, and the rescue request function of the footwear.
