<p>A flexible organic light emitting display device according to the present invention is provided to prevent cracks when the display device is bent by extending a capping layer to the outside of a bonding layer and alleviating stresses applied to a primary protection layer, and to prevent permeation of moisture by depositing a secondary protection layer on the capping layer at the same time. The flexible organic light emitting display device includes: a TFT substrate including a display part and an edge part; an organic light emitting diode and a driving circuit formed on the TFT substrate of the display part; a plurality of insulation layers formed on the TFT substrate of the display part and the TFT substrate of the edge part excluding the outermost area; a primary protection layer covering the insulation layer on the TFT substrate in which the plurality of insulation layers are formed and of which a portion is further extends to be directly formed on the TFT substrate; the capping layer formed on the primary protection layer; and a barrier film attached to the TFT substrate in which the capping layer is formed while covering a portion of the display part and the edge part, and the capping layer extends to an outside of the barrier film to alleviate stresses applied to the primary protective layer when the display device is bent.</p> |
