An automatic mounting unit for an electrostatic precipitator according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted onto a baffle arranged on a dust collecting plate of the electrostatic precipitator, the automatic mounting unit comprising: a frame body; a driving wheel means arranged on the frame body to move up and down on one side of the baffle; and a contact wheel means arranged on the frame body to rotate with respect to a hinge shaft and mounted on the other side of the baffle. In addition, a cleaning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises: the automatic mounting unit for the electrostatic precipitator; a brush having one end portion to which the automatic mounting unit for the electrostatic precipitator is coupled, and arranged to move up and down, in order to remove foreign substances adhering to the electrostatic precipitator; and a carrier moving the automatic mounting unit close to the baffle.
