The present invention relates to a joint structure including: a modular unit connection unit in which one side is connected to a modular unit and an existing building connection unit in which one side is connected to the modular unit connection unit and the other side is connected to an existing building. At least one among the modular unit connection unit or the existing building connection unit has a through hole to be movable to one side for reducing construction error. The joint structure according to an embodiment of the present invention provides an effect to reduce construction costs and time in a remodeling process as a building can be expanded in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction by using the modular unit without demolishing the existing building.
