PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition achieving antistatic property and low contamination property on an adherend, both in a high level, and to provide an optical member surface protective film prepared by using the adhesive composition.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition comprises: a (meth)acrylic copolymer containing a first structural unit expressed by general formula (1) below and a second structural unit derived from a monomer having a hydroxy group; a polyether-modified silicone having a hydroxy group at a polyether terminal; and an alkali metal salt. In the general formula (1), Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; and L represents a divalent connecting group composed of at least one kind selected from a group consisting of an alkylene group, an arylene group, a carbonyl group and an oxygen atom. |
