PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a robot to simply recover from an error that has occurred during the operation of the robot.SOLUTION: A robot control method includes: a first step for obtaining a user instruction; a second step for detecting a state of a robot and an environmental state of surrounding of the robot; a third step for generating a scenario that is a combination of operation instructions of the robot that can materialize the obtained user instruction on the basis of the detected state; a fourth step for operating the robot in accordance with the generated scenario; a fifth step for determining whether a work of the robot has been normally executed; and a sixth step for returning to the second step when determined that the work of the robot has not been normally executed.
