PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure with improved sound insulation performance in which noise from upstairs to downstairs in an architectural structure can be prevented and sound insulation effects are not reduced even when an insulator is fixed by screws, further, which can be easily handled and in which floor joists are unlikely to be dislocated horizontally, and a floor construction method capable of efficiently constructing the floor structure.SOLUTION: The floor structure with improved sound insulation performance comprises: elastomer-made insulators 1, 1... which are disposed/fixed at predetermined intervals on a base board B or a floor slab S and in which a protrusion 12 is formed in the center of an upper portion of a panel-shaped main body part 11; floor joists 2 in which through holes 21, 21... having a diameter smaller than the panel-shaped main body part 11 and larger than the protrusion 12 are provided at equal intervals to the intervals of the insulators 1, 1... disposed in one row; and a floor underlying material 3 laid on the floor joists 2, 2... in which the insulators 1, 1... are disposed in a plurality of rows. |
