PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid chromatograph apparatus for reducing user's burden by automatizing the adjustment of an enclosed liquid capable of keeping a high separation performance for a long time.SOLUTION: After analysis processing of a sample, the mixture ratio of at least two kinds of eluant is determined so that pH in a solution filled into a separation column is 4.0-7.0 and the chloride ion concentration is 0.1-0.5 mol/L. A pump is controlled so that the eluant is fed on the basis of the determined mixture ratio.
