PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid overheating of a cooling target accompanying leakage of a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A heat exchange system 1 includes: heat exchange means 24 for making heat exchange between refrigerant and liquid by flowing the liquid around a refrigerant passage 32 in which the refrigerant that is either gas or steam higher in a pressure than the liquid flows; and release means 71 for separating the leaked refrigerant from the liquid and releasing the leaked refrigerant downstream of a heat exchange position of the heat exchange means 24 if the refrigerant is leaked to the liquid from the refrigerant passage 32. |
