PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat management system in which: a seat adjacent to the seat of a user can be reserved as the seat of user's companion, in the case that the presence of the companion is confirmed after the user reserves only his/her own seat when the presence of the companion has not been confirmed yet; and a purchase procedure for the seat and the like can be facilitated.SOLUTION: A relation user identification unit 76 identifies a user (relation user) having a predetermined relation with a user (seat-allocated user) to whom a seat has been allocated. A limited target selection unit 78 selects seats or seat groups, which are adjacent to the seat allocated to the seat-allocated user and are not allocated to any user, as limited targets. An allocation limit unit 80 limits allocation of the seats or seat groups selected as the limited targets to users except the relation user for a predetermined limited period. A second allocation unit 82 allocates at least one seat of the seats or seat groups selected as the limited targets to the relation user when an application from the relation user is accepted. |
