PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesive strength of an aqueous coated film to a base material formed of metal.SOLUTION: A coated film is constituted by mixing a main agent formed of an aqueous epoxy-based resin with a curing agent for curing the main agent, and is applied onto a base material formed of metal. A mixing ratio of the main agent and the curing agent is in such a range that a crosslinking density of the coated film cured by mixing the main agent with the curing agent is obtained in which a saturation water content of the cured coated film is 5.1% or less. |
