PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature of a working fluid in a Rankine cycle circuit from becoming abnormally high.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 20 is installed in a circulation pipe 9A of an exhaust heat exchanger 11. A discharge port 22 is provided at a circulation pipe 9 of a working fluid inlet port 16. The discharge port 22 includes a solenoid valve 23 connected to a control device 21, and is normally closed. When refrigerant stagnates in the exhaust heat exchanger 11, a temperature of the circulation pipe 9A rapidly rises by exhaust air. The temperature sensor 20 detects the temperature of the circulation pipe 9A and transmits a detection signal to the control device 21. The control device 21 compares the detected temperature of the circulation pipe 9A with a set value. If the temperature of the circulation pipe 9A is equal to or higher than the set value, the control device 21 transmits an open signal to the solenoid valve 23 to open the discharge port 22. The discharge port 22 discharges the refrigerant present in the circulation pipe 9A at early timing, and shuts off heat transfer between the refrigerant and the high-temperature exhaust air, so that it is possible to prevent a temperature of the working fluid from becoming abnormally high. |
