PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for mounting an element which provides stable frequency characteristics by forming a free end of a piezoelectric vibration element mounted on a pad for mounting the piezoelectric vibration element at a given position, and to provide a piezoelectric device.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device 100 includes: a substrate part 11 having a first recessed part 13; a pad 14 for mounting a piezoelectric vibration element which is provided on a bottom surface of the first recessed part 13; a member 10 for mounting an element which has a step formed by the first recessed part 13 and a main surface of the substrate part 11 where an opening of the first recessed part 13 is formed; the piezoelectric vibration element 20 which is electrically connected with the pad 14 for mounting the piezoelectric vibration element of the member for mounting the element 10; and a lid member 30 for sealing the piezoelectric vibration element 20 in an airtight manner. |
