PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange method for adsorption towers for radioactive cesium containing water that is capable of using adsorbent effectively.SOLUTION: An exchange method for adsorption towers for radioactive cesium containing water comprises: a process for arranging n (n is two or more integers) adsorption towers in series that are a first to n-th adsorption towers arranged in order from an upstream side, to pass radioactive cesium containing water through the first to n-th adsorption towers 10-1-10-5 in this order; and a process for exchanging the first adsorption tower 10-1 for a new adsorption tower when the n-th adsorption tower 10-5 is broken to regard a k(2≤k≤n)-th adsorption tower as a (k-1)-th adsorption tower, and for arranging the new adsorption tower so that it is to be the n-th in series to pass the radioactive cesium containing water through the first to n-th adsorption towers in order.
