<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic excellent in hair cosmetic properties which has a setting property for hair, imparts not stiff but supple feeling, and further provides a moist finish.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic contains the following components (A) to (E): (A) 10-20 wt.% of oil content which is liquid at room temperature; (B) a nonionic polymer (excluding carboxyvinyl polymers); (C) a carboxyvinyl polymer; (D) an amine oxide group-containing resin; and (E) colored-rice extract and rice bran fermentation liquid.</p> |
