PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchange film for electrodialysis reversal power generation which has low film resistance, exhibits excellent mechanical strength and organic contamination resistance, and has excellent uniformity by preventing entrainment of bubbles in the film and eliminating variation in the film resistance.SOLUTION: An ion exchange film is formed of an ion exchanger (A) containing a polymer having a cation-exchange group or an anion-exchange group, and a porus support layer (B). The ion exchanger (A) is formed of a copolymer having a vinyl alcohol monomer (A-1) and an ion exchangeable monomer (A-2). The porus support layer (B) includes a first porus support layer (B-1) and a second porus support layer (B-2) having lower porosity than the first porus support layer (B-1). The ion exchanger (A) contains nonionic antifoamer (C).
