<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that harshness and bubbles rising up to the upper part of liquid broth in a pot in stew cooking become unfavorable taste of completed cuisine to worsen appearance, and it is required to develop a cooking utensil which can effectively filter the harshness and bubbles to separate and remove.SOLUTION: The invention for effectively removing harshness and bubbles 6 floating on the upper part of a liquid soup in stew cooking is formed from a filter body 1, and a floating lid 2 of a floating body structure, for holding the filter body, as illustrated on an attached drawing. Stewing liquid boiled up together with the harshness and bubbles 6 is filtered by the filter body 1 so as to separate and remove harshness, unbroken bubbles, and food pieces.</p> |
