<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily stretch a surface elastic body to a sheet frame with moderate tension and with uniform fixed tension.SOLUTION: A sheet frame 3 is formed rectangular by connecting a plurality of divided frame units 31 to be rotatable through a hinge part 33, and can be folded in the direction where the latch parts 32, 32 come close to each other. In this folded state, a surface elastic body 4 is stretched with corresponding hook parts 41, 41 of the surface elastic body 4 hooked on the latch parts 32, 32 disposed on opposite positions of the sheet frame 3. Thus, the surface elastic body 4 can be easily assembled to the sheet frame 3 with moderate tension and with uniform fixed tension.</p> |
