In a control valve for a variable capacity compressor comprising a pressure reducing part in a center part, a breathe function is demonstrated validly. A control valve (1) comprises: a body (5) having a main path and a sub path; a main valve sheet (20) prepared in the main path; a main valve body (32) for opening and closing the main valve by being attached to and detached from the main valve sheet (20); a sub valve sheet (36) prepared in the sub path; a sub valve body (38) for opening and closing the sub valve by being attached to and detached from the sub valve sheet (36); a power element (6) which senses absorption pressure (Ps), and generates a driving force of valve opening direction of the main valve corresponding to the amplitude of the absorption pressure (Ps); and a solenoid (3) for generating a driving force of valve closing direction of the main valve corresponding to the amount of a supplied current. And the main valve, the power element (6), the sub valve and the solenoid (3) are arranged sequentially from one side of the body (5). The control valve (1) further comprises a forcible valve opening tool to open the sub valve forcibly by using the driving force of the solenoid (3). |
