PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade type snow blower which can be used easily even by a user unfamiliar with handling of a machine.SOLUTION: A blade type snow blower consists of: a body 1 supplying driving force; a travel part 9 provided in the body 1; a blade part 11 provided in front of the body; and a handle part 13 provided in the back of the body. The body 1 is comprised of a battery part 3 for storing driving energy and a control part 5 for controlling the travel part 9. The battery part is disconnectably connected to the control part 5 fixed to a body frame 7, and the body is provided in the body frame such that a center of gravity is positioned in front of the travel part 9. The battery part 3 is connected to or separated from the control part 5 by combinational actions consisting of a vertical action and a horizontal action. When turning the snow blower, a rotary fulcrum is in the vicinity of the center of gravity positioned in front of the travel part 9, because the position of the center of gravity is located in front of the travel part 9. Therefore, the rotary fulcrum is separated from the position of a grip of the handle part which is a power point. Thus, a handle operation becomes light and the blade type snow blower can be used easily even by a user unfamiliar with handling of a machine. |
