PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact tool the longitudinal and vertical length of which are further shorter compared with that of conventional one and which is very easy to handle even at a narrow place.SOLUTION: An impact driver 1 (impact tool) has a motor 10, a motor housing 20 which stores the motor 10, a grip housing 26 which is provided integrally with the motor housing 20, a hammer case 22 arranged ahead of the motor housing 20, a spindle 14 which is rotated by the motor 10, a hammer 16 which is stored inside the hammer case 22 to be rotated by the spindle 14, and an anvil 18 which is stored inside the hammer case 22 to be hammered with the hammer 16, and the length (longitudinal length of a body part 4) from the rear end of the motor housing 20 to the front end of the anvil 18 is set as 128 mm or less. |
