PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a portable terminal to provide service suitable for a state of a vehicle in accordance with the state change of the vehicle.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle apparatus 3 transmits at least one of vehicle information for specifying the state of a vehicle and vehicle state estimated information estimating the state of the vehicle on the basis of the vehicle information to an electronic key 2 (S106, S210). The electronic key 2 notifies a portable terminal 1 of at least one of the vehicle information and the vehicle state estimated information via a short-distance radio communication part 22, when the electronic key 2 is connected with the portable terminal 1 having a function of short-distance radio communication via a the short-distance radio communication part 22 for performing short-distance radio communication (S404). The portable terminal 1 provides service on the basis of at least one of the vehicle information and the vehicle state estimated information. |
