PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measurement seal of which the center can be easily aligned with a measurement reference line marked on a measurement object and can be easily aligned with a measurement reference point marked on the measurement object.SOLUTION: A circular three-dimensional measurement seal 1 to be stuck to a measurement object and used for three-dimensional measurement is provided with: a white center circle 2 marked in a center part thereof; a black or dark outer ring 3 surrounding the center circle 2 and having a prescribed width in a radial direction; four first reference lines 4 which are located on cross first virtual lines 7 passing the center of the center circle 2 and have a prescribed length from the outer peripheral edge of the outer ring 3 toward the center and are narrow and white; and four second reference lines 5 which are identical to the four first reference lines 4 rotated at 45° and are white. In addition, a center point or a black or dark center mark 6 formed of a cross mark may be added to the center of the center circle 2.
