PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference between a hook part and a wire generated when winding spirally the wire around a core by rotating the core in the circular direction while rotating a reel inside and outside of the core in one direction.SOLUTION: When, against a circular core 3, a wire 1 is wound spirally around the core 3 by rotating in one direction a reel 2 with the wire 1 wound inside and outside of the core 3 with holding alternately the reel 2 and by rotating the core 3 in the circular direction in combination with rotation movement of the reel 2, interference between a hook part 1z and the wire 1 is prevented by inclining the side plane of the reel 2 form the vertical state and passing the wire 1 more inside of the core 3 axial direction than the extension direction of the hook part 1z when the hook part 1z in which the tip of the wire 1 is bent as hook-shaped approaches the winding position of the wire 1. |
