<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed calculation device, a speed calculation method, and a program capable of calculating the speed of an observation object from a Doppler signal degraded as a result of the elimination of a direct current component.SOLUTION: A speed calculation device includes: an input part for receiving the input of a Doppler signal; a subtraction value calculation part for calculating a subtraction value which is a difference between the product of a differential value of an I signal and a non-differential value of a Q signal and the product of the differential value of the Q signal and the non-differential value of the I signal from the Doppler signal input to the input part; an instantaneous amplitude calculation part for calculating an instantaneous amplitude of the Doppler signal input to the input part; and a speed calculation part for calculating the speed of an observation object of the Doppler signal on the basis of the subtraction value calculated by the subtraction value calculation part and the instantaneous amplitude calculated by the instantaneous amplitude calculation part.</p> |
