The present invention relates to a device for removing dust when dividing a brittle material substrate, wherein dust generated when dividing a brittle material substrate after forming a scribing line thereon can be removed. The device comprises: a taping device (29) which moves while attaching adhesive tape (11) along a scribing line on a brittle material substrate (1); a dividing device which divides the brittle material substrate (1) while pressurizing the scribing line on the brittle material substrate (1) on which the adhesive tape (11) is attached by means of the taping device; and a peeling device (32) which peels and collects the adhesive tape (11) on the brittle material substrate (1) divided by means of the dividing device (2).
