摘要 The present invention relates to a direct-connected type belt pulley for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a direct-connected type belt pulley made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and a method for manufacturing the direct-connected type belt pulley by several steps of rolling of rod to prevent cracks on the material while cold-forming the belt pulley and obtain a dense structure and high solidity. In order to achieve the purpose, the direct-connected type belt pulley for a vehicle according to the present invention make a boss based on an aluminum plate integrated with a rim with a belt groove formed by focusing mass on the edge of the boss through rolling of rod. The method for manufacturing the direct-connected type belt pulley is to complete the direct-connected type belt pulley by fine-machining, coating, and tap-machining after preparing the material by piercing the aluminum plate by a calculated size and performing the several steps of rolling of rod to make the structure of the belt groove and the rim dense and to improve the solidity of the belt groove and the rim. According to the present invention, an effect of remarkably improving the quality of the belt pulley is obtained based on improved solidity as the weight is lightened by integrating the boss and the rim with the belt groove and the structure of the belt groove is dense by rolling of rod. According to the method for manufacturing the belt pulley, an effect capable of conveniently manufacturing the belt pulley having high preciseness is obtained by using the aluminum plate via the several steps of rolling of rod and thermally fine-machining. Also, an effect capable of reducing costs for the material and processing costs in comparison with an existing casting method is obtained by minimizing a part needed to be mechanically processed. Additionally, an effect capable of reducing manufacturing costs is obtained by enabling mass production.
