PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector which can secure higher characteristic impedance compared to the case in which a metal plate is used for a conductor part.SOLUTION: A first plating film 6 and a second plating film 7 are formed on the outer surface of an insulation shaft part 8. A terminal part 6a of the first plating film 6 goes round the outer surface of the shaft part 8 in the vicinity of the tip part of the shaft part 8. A first signal terminal 3 which is a conductor ring comes into contact with the terminal part 6a of the first plating film 6 by being press-fit to the shaft part 8 from the tip side. A terminal part 7a of the second plating film 7 goes round the outer surface of the shaft part 8 with a gap on the side closer to the base end than the terminal part 6a of the first plating film 6. A second signal terminal 4 comes into contact with the terminal part 7a of the second plating film 7 by being press-fit to the shaft part 8 from the tip side. Connection parts 6c, 7c are provided in the vicinity of the base end part of the shaft part 8 and electrically connected to a cable with soldering or the like. Communication parts 6b, 7b extend to the connection parts 6c, 7c from the terminal parts 6a, 7a to electrically connect both parts. |
