PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony in which a plurality of kinds of surface materials can be mounted to common studs.SOLUTION: A balcony is formed in such a manner that a plurality of studs 12 are erected on a horizontal plane-like balcony body 11 mounted to a building frame 1 and surface materials 40, 50 are mounted to the plurality of studs 12. The surface materials can be selected from a plurality of kinds of surface materials different in dimension in a thickness direction. Spacer members 41, 51 having different depth dimension for each dimension in the thickness direction of the surface material are provided on fixed surfaces 40b, 50b of the surface materials with respect to the studs. In the surface materials 40, 50 fixed to the studs 12 via the spacer members 41, 51, positions of the outer surface of the studs which are the surface facing the outside of the balcony body 11 are substantially equal regardless of the kind of the surface materials. |
