PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit preventing the deviation of a cord-shaped heater.SOLUTION: A heater unit has a base material 11 made from nonwoven cloth, and cord-shaped heaters 10. The cord-shaped heaters 10 are arranged and fixed on the base material 11. The cord-shaped heaters 10 are arranged in a meandering shape, and fibers constituting the nonwoven cloth are mainly longer than intervals between the cord-shaped heaters 10 adjacent to each other by meandering. Thermal fusion fibers are mixed into the nonwoven cloth, and thermal fusion portions are formed on the outermost layer of the cord-shaped heaters 10. The thermal fusion fibers and the thermal fusion portion are fixed by thermal fusion. The fibers constituting the nonwoven cloth are long fibers. |
