PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent torque of a motor from becoming insufficient due to drop of an output voltage when an actual modulation degree is brought close to a target modulation degree in the case of controlling the output voltage of a converter by the feedback control of a modulation degree.SOLUTION: A vehicle is loaded with: a converter for converting and outputting a voltage; an inverter for converting a DC power output from the converter into an AC power; and a motor to be driven with the AC power supplied from the inverter. A control device is configured to calculate a request voltage VHreq as the output voltage of the converter for making the modulation degree Kmd of the inverter close to a predetermined target modulation degree Kmd#, and to calculate a minimum voltage VHmin as the minimum value of the output voltage of the converter capable of achieving the target torque of the motor from the target torque of the motor, and to control the converter such that the output voltage VH of the converter is brought close to a larger value between the request voltage VHreq and the minimum voltage VHmin.
