<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution device and an information distribution method which are capable of distributing information beneficial to a user managing and carrying a terminal, on the basis of his or her offline behavior.SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution device 1 includes: an advertisement information database DB 3 associating a plurality of pieces of area information F6 and advertisement information F7 with each other; acquisition means P1 which acquires check-in information F1 indicating that a terminal M stays within a shop R1, without intervention of an Internet browser; extraction means P2 which extracts advertisement information F7 associated with the shop R1, out of the plurality of piece of area information F6 on the basis of the advertisement information database DB 3; and distribution means P3 which distributes the advertisement information F7 extracted by the extraction means P2 to the terminal M.</p> |
