PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate compressor capable of efficiently reducing blow-by gas to leak to the side of a swash plate chamber, in various discharge capacities.SOLUTION: A swash plate compressor 10 includes a cylinder block 12 in which a plurality of cylinder bore side communication passages 47 are formed to communicate a plurality of cylinder bores 15 with individual valve storage holes 43, and a rotary valve 44 which is connected to a rotating shaft 18 in an integrally rotatable manner, and in which a guide groove 50 is formed as a rotary valve side communication passage to sequentially communicate the different cylinder bore side communication passages 47 with each other along with the rotation of the rotary valve 44. In the peripheral faces of pistons 30, annular grooves 45A extending in the peripheral direction and linear grooves 45B communicated with the annular grooves 45A and extending in the axial direction are formed, respectively. Between the different cylinder bores 15, the linear groove 45B in one cylinder bore 15 can be communicated with the other cylinder bore 15 via the cylinder bore side communication passage 47 and the guide groove 50. |
