PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of releasing heat in a slide-contact part between a developing roller and a seal member.SOLUTION: A developing cartridge includes a housing, a developing roller 31, a side seal member 61 having a fabric member 61B where a plurality of longitudinal fibers B1 extending in a first direction and a plurality of lateral fibers extending in a second direction cross each other, and a heat radiation member coming into contact with the side seal member 61, to radiate the heat of the side seal member 61. The heat radiation member is fixed to the fabric member 61B and is in contact with the end surfaces of the longitudinal fibers B1. |
