PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mercury concentration in a reference gas from varying in the use for a long period in a mercury concentration measuring apparatus for adjusting the reference gas from a measuring object gas.SOLUTION: The mercury concentration measuring apparatus includes a mercury concentration measuring section 1, a reference line 3, and a sample line 5. The reference line 3 includes a plasma generation section 11, and a removed substance collection section 13. The plasma generation section 11 makes the mercury in a sample gas react with another component to generate particles of a mercury compound. The removed substance collection section 13 collects the particles of the mercury compound. The sample gas exhausted from the removed substance collection section 13 to the reference line 3 is used as a reference gas. |
