<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a state of phase matching which has been performed before holding a hollow shaft and a shaft to be inserted into the hollow shaft even after predetermined processing is performed to obtain high processing tolerance.SOLUTION: Into an inner periphery of a hollow shaft 1, an insertion side shaft 2 capable of forming a clearance D having a size sufficient to perform phase matching with the hollow shaft 1 is inserted. And the insertion side shaft 2 and the hollow shaft 1 are held in a state that they are subjected to phase matching mutually. And by holding to deform the hollow shaft 1, on a part of the hollow shaft 1, a deformation part 1b toward a small diameter side is formed. By the deformation part 1b, the insertion side shaft 2 is held in a state of being inserted into the inner periphery of the hollow shaft 1.</p> |
