<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic cyclone device capable of adjusting a vortex velocity, specifically the one storing a vortex accelerator inside a cyclone main body and capable of significantly improving a separation rate inside the cyclone.SOLUTION: A cyclone device comprises: a cyclone main body 1 composed of a cylindrical part 12 into which a process fluid is introduced and a cone body 13 extended from the cylindrical part; and a double cylinder composed of an inner cylinder 8 and an outer cylinder 7 arranged vertically inside the cyclone main body. The cyclone device separates substances with a higher specific gravity pushed toward an inner wall of the cyclone main body by a centrifugal force of a vortex generated around the double cylinder, gradually accumulates the substances at the lower part of the cyclone main body and discharges the same. A vortex accelerator that rotates around the inner cylinder is provided in the cyclone device, and a vortex velocity inside the cyclone main body is adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the vortex accelerator.</p> |
