<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device capable of restraining a particle stuck to a filter medium from separating again from the filter medium.SOLUTION: The filter device of the present invention is a filter device for filtering a mixture of dispersing the particle in fluid, and comprises a filter having the filter medium for passing the fluid of the mixture by contacting with the mixture, in which the filter medium comprises a surface in which a particle confining recessed area for confining the particle is formed and a reverse surface. Desirably, the filter medium comprises a pleat shape of repeatedly continuing a ridge, a continuous surface, a trough and the continuous surface, and the filter medium passes the fluid of the mixture on the surface side in the filtering direction toward the reverse surface side, and the filter medium is constituted so that a distance between the two continuous surfaces of continuing with the trough in the vertical direction to the filtering direction, changes in order of reduction, an increase and reduction for proceeding up to the trough of continuing with the respective two continuous surfaces from the two ridges of respectively continuing with the two continuous surfaces.</p> |
