The present invention relates to a method for producing biomaterials using Citrus Pomaces and, more specifically, to a pretreatment method of biomaterials using Citrus Pomaces which includes steps which instantly puff and swell the Citrus Pomaces under a high temperature and high pressure condition using a hydro-heater, and to a method for manufacturing a medium for microorganisms used for manufacturing bio-celluose.
